The annual Faculty and Staff Campaign runs through February.

Grand Valley's Faculty and Staff Campaign, this year with the theme "You’re the Heart of GVSU," runs through February 29.

Gifts can be made to any GVSU fund that employees find inspiring, including scholarships, internships, study abroad experiences, and more.

Katrina Begrow, annual giving manager of campus philanthropy, said historically, Grand Valley has set the gold standard for employee giving, with a participation rate of more than 50 percent, surpassing national benchmarks of 25-45 percent participation.

“We take a great deal of pride in our university’s commitment to our Laker community," Begrow said. "Faculty and staff are passionate about supporting our students and our campus."

Visit the campaign's website to learn about payroll deductions, how to set up matches and challenges, and view a video of students personally thanking faculty and staff members.

Departments that achieve 100 percent participation will receive a plaque.
