GVSU will host third annual Black Boys and Men National Symposium

Symposium will run June 12-14 at Amway Grand Plaza

The third annual Black Boys and Men National Symposium offers participants opportunities to learn about the systems that impact the lives of Black boys and men and discover how to create equitable transformation through education.

Donta Truss, vice president for Enrollment Development and Educational Outreach, said the symposium is ge是d toward community leaders and people who work in K-12 education, higher education and youth services. 主旨发言人 and breakout sessions will help attendees create plans of action to take back to their communities, he said.
